If the representative is not one of his / her parents, the representative of the minor must also present a document / sentence attributing the powers of responsibility to the minor. CANCELLATION, CLAIMS AND RETURNS

WARRANTY

All items marketed by Game Tech, Lda are under a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of 21 of May. The warranties do not cover wear and tear resulting from normal use as indicated by the manufacturer. All warranties cease if Customer changes, in any form or pretext, the delivered product. Repairs carried out by the technical service of Game Tech, Lda, benefit from a guarantee of 3 months that this offers to the final consumer.
NOTE: The manufacturer can condition the guarantee in cases of professional use, that is, if the product or thing is for professional use, (billed in name and company taxpayer) ie in a situation of non-particular Customer the warranty can be reduced for 12 months.
10. TITLE RESERVE
Game Tech, Lda reserves the sole holder of the goods and services delivered until the full payment of all the services previously contracted and agreed with the Client is concluded, regardless of the legal basis applicable.
